Andriani Panteli holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, a Master’s degree in Construction Management, a Master’s degree in Real Estate, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, she has established a strong reputation for delivering professional, reliable, and client-focused services.

She is the Founder and Director of A.P. Owning Cyprus Ltd., a licensed real estate agency (License No. 439/E, Registration No. 1398), dedicated to providing premium real estate services across Cyprus.

Andriani is also a licensed Real Estate Agent (License No. 439, Registration No. 835) and a registered member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK), holding Property Valuation License No. A130754. She has extensive experience in property valuations for private clients, businesses, and financial institutions, including all major banking institutions in Cyprus.

Prior to establishing A.P. Owning Cyprus, Andriani worked with a Big Four professional services firm, specializing in real estate advisory. She also gained significant hands-on experience in property sales, rentals, and investment transactions through her work with investment funds, real estate agencies, and valuation firms. Throughout her career, she has successfully advised buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors, providing expert guidance at every stage of the real estate transaction.
